DMX began to rap in the end of 1990s. He released his debut The album It's Hot as well as Hell is DARK on May 19, 1998. Among his other albums were... and there was x, the Great Depression Year of the Dog... and then there was x, the Great Depression Year of the Dog... the Redemption of the Beast Gran Champ Flesh of Blood and Flesh. His album titled ... and Then There Was X was also nominated for an Grammy in the Best Rap Album category in 2001. Apart from his musical endeavors and appearances in movies such as Lords of the Street Belly Top Five wounds that Never die by yourself The Bleeding Romeo Muse Die Backstage behind the Law Lockjaw Rising of the Kulev Serpent and Fast and Fierce Death Race.
